We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to handle multiple financial tasks independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role requires someone who can prepare clear financial reports, manage payroll and tax obligations, and support budgeting and cash flow management in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to provide timely financial insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s daily finance functions, including bookkeeping, accounting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring salaries are paid accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by maintaining accurate tax records and managing tax-related activities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth and stability.
- Generate monthly financial reports and present clear updates on the company’s financial performance to the founders.
- Monitor all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and support strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, invoicing, and accounts receivable management.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Ability to prepare detailed monthly financial reports and communicate financial information effectively to senior management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
