Finance Manager

Phil Box Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical expertise in financial management and taxation, capable of independently managing all financial matters of the organization. This role emphasizes hands-on professional experience and technical skills over academic qualifications alone.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s overall financial operations, including accounting and reporting.
- Handle income tax, sales tax, tax returns, tax planning, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns in accordance with Pakistani tax laws.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor company expenditures, financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and oversee internal financial controls and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely completion of all financial and taxation-related tasks.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA qualification (completed ACCA) is mandatory.
- Candidates with an MBA in Finance or CA Finalist status will be considered as additional qualifications.
- 7 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Pakistani taxation, including income tax, sales tax, tax filing, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations independently with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
