Finance Manager (Male)

Insight Analytics Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing accounting, taxation, sales tax refund claims, bookkeeping, and financial documentation for an export-oriented company. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience and practical knowledge in various accounting and taxation functions, particularly related to export businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Filing Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) tax returns and processing eligible refund claims in compliance with PRA regulations.
- Preparing and submitting federal sales tax returns, along with managing sales tax refund claims related to export sales.
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts and financial records to ensure proper bookkeeping.
- Handling journal entries and routine accounting transactions with expert knowledge.
- Preparing and processing payroll, including salaries and wages documentation.
- Managing inventory records by tracking inward and outward movements accurately.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies that arise.
- Overseeing accounts receivable and payable, including managing customer accounts, supplier balances, collections, and payments.
- Ensuring excellent documentation practices, maintaining supporting records, and organizing systematic filing for all financial activities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and taxation roles.
- Strong command of accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
- Practical experience with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Sales Tax compliance.
- Knowledge of export-related taxation and procedures for claiming refunds.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
