We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with 7 to 8 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic planning. This full-time role involves working on-site three days per week at our Sialkot office and three days per week at our Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across both locations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgeting and reporting processes, and facilitating seamless coordination between the two offices.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee daily financial operations in both Sialkot and Lahore offices. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial health and cost efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts in accordance with company deadlines.
Accounting & Compliance:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and corporate policies. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed. Supervise reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documentation to maintain accuracy.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
Direct cash flow management, fund allocation, and banking relationships. Oversee payment processing, vendor settlements, and receivables collection cycles. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company financial assets.
Strategic & Operational Support:
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by management. Conduct profitability assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and risk evaluations. Assist in preparing feasibility studies for new projects, investments, or business expansions. Collaborate with various departments to enhance finance-related workflows and processes.
Team Leadership & Cross-Location Coordination:
Lead and mentor finance teams across both offices. Ensure consistent application of financial procedures and policies between locations. Organize periodic training sessions to keep staff updated on financial regulations and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CA (Inter) qualifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, taxation, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively while working across two office locations.
