Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable finance professional to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and experience in maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves supporting financial reporting, bookkeeping, budget tracking, and compliance with tax laws. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and adherence to company policies. This is a full-time, permanent role based at Wahdat Road, Lahore, near Punjab University, offering a competitive salary within the accounting, audit, and taxation sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial regulations to ensure compliance.
- Record, classify, and summarize financial data in line with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and data entry tasks.
- Support bookkeeping activities to maintain accurate and timely records.
- Track departmental budgets, analyze variances, and contribute to budget preparation.
- Adhere strictly to tax regulations, financial laws, and internal control procedures.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and future reference.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA, MBA in Finance, or a related degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data handling.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Candidates from Punjab University, NUML, FAST, and UET will be given preference.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 80,000 to 120,000.
- Employment type is permanent and full-time, with shifts available in the morning and evening.
- The role is open to candidates aged between 21 and 50 years with no gender preference.
- Total of two positions available, located in Lahore with in-person work requirements.
