We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Finance Specialist to join a UK-based insolvency practice located in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic financial and insolvency services environment. The successful candidate will support insolvency and corporate recovery processes while collaborating closely with the UK team. Initial training on insolvency practices will be provided, and the position includes a three-month probation period. The role demands precision, discretion, and strong organizational skills to operate effectively in a high-pressure and tightly regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-appointment ethical and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new clients.
- Prepare accurate and standard pre-appointment documents and paperwork.
- Update and maintain the Tracker Document in coordination with team members.
- Manage client work assigned by Partners and other team members efficiently.
- Take initiative to progress insolvency cases and corporate recovery matters.
- Ensure timely progress of client assignments and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Deliver professional and courteous client care at all times.
- Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations with excellent written communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across the firm to support workflow.
- Perform investigations, including detailed analysis of company bank statements.
- Adapt to changing business demands and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Thrive under tight deadlines and in a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA or CA qualified.
- Graduate from a reputable university, preferably with a finance-related degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in UK-based insolvency or corporate recovery.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- High adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
