Finance Specialist

Our client, a globally recognized motorcycle gear brand known for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team in Johar Town, Lahore, near the Expo Center. This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will support the CEO directly, playing a crucial role in financial planning and strategic decision-making within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, statements, and dashboards to support business insights.
- Support auditing processes by ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Manage and reconcile accounts using enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite and Oracle.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and report generation.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with both internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit cycles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide actionable financial insights and risk assessments to management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven auditing experience is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
- Practical experience working with NetSuite and Oracle financial systems.
- Ability to work independently while handling confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with senior leadership and C-level executives.
