We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Our company has been promoting Greece for over 25 years through popular travel websites attracting around 10 million visitors annually, including www.greeka.com and www.ferriesingreece.com. We offer a variety of travel services such as online car rentals, ferry tickets, transfers, and tours to ensure a seamless holiday experience for our customers. This role involves handling financial accounting tasks alongside data entry duties, making it ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience who are comfortable working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookkeeping by accurately filling invoices and receipts in accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Calculate monthly VAT payments and ensure timely submission.
- Perform bank reconciliation to verify financial records.
- Review data for errors, missing pages, or incomplete information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for efficient data entry.
- Extract and verify online data from various sources, entering it into spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-checking information against source documents.
- Administer online tests to candidates and record their results in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficient typing skills, with a speed of 40 to 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain data accuracy.
- Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
