Financial Analyst

The role of Financial Analyst is an in-office position, working five days a week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT to align with global teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute month-end close processes in compliance with US GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) activities across assigned operating companies.
- Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support adoption and integration of AI solutions for reporting and financial analysis.
- Review and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to support financial planning.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights into financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses for various stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the integration of newly acquired companies, including financial reporting and process transitions.
- Assist in acquisition accounting activities such as Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and Net Tangible Assets (NTA) schedules.
- Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple operating entities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, specifically US GAAP.
- Proven experience managing GL, AP, AR, and month-end close processes.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
