Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to support seamless supply chain activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the logistics process.
- Address and resolve any delivery or inventory-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support the integration of technology solutions to streamline logistics and inventory management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
