Financial Planning Analyst(Remote)

A Dubai-based healthcare company, operating under Takamul Dubai—a subsidiary of Fakeeh Health—seeks an experienced FP&A Specialist to join their offshore finance team. This fully remote role supports the group’s healthcare and business operations by transforming financial and operational data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, healthcare finance experience, and proficiency in advanced analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly management and financial performance reports.
- Conduct budget versus actual, trend, and variance analyses.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance across various business units.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Create management dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Calculate variable compensation, incentives, and revenue-share metrics.
- Evaluate performance across departments, locations, and service lines.
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards for improved data visualization.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable management insights.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize financial analytics and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA, either part-qualified or fully qualified.
- Completed articleship or training with one of the Big Four firms (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte) or Crowe.
- Minimum of 3 years post-articleship experience, with mandatory healthcare sector exposure.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, financial modeling expertise, and report-writing skills.
- Experience preparing monthly financial and management reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for financial analysis, reporting, research, and productivity enhancements.
