Duties:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the company to achieve business goals and objectives.
Oversee production and ensure that products are manufactured to high standards of quality and efficiency.
Manage engineering activities and ensure that product development is in line with the company's strategy.
Develop and implement effective supply chain and logistics strategies to optimize operations and minimize costs.
Manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and develop new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards in all areas of the company's operations.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Provide leadership and direction to the team, promoting a positive culture that values accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
Responsible for achieving all operational metrics and financial results.
Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure and track progress against operational goals.
Partner with distributors developing sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets worldwide.
Visit new agents to introduce the company and outline product ranges and company objectives.
Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure that all internal and external customers' needs are well understood and that capabilities to deliver on those needs are in place and executing effectively
Successfully pursue strategic sales opportunities using market and industry knowledge.
Create partnership between several functional plans and market impact through Distributor Partners.
Establish equipment allocation and execution standards for region

Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business, driving operational excellence, and delivering results.
Knowledge of regulatory and environmental requirements in the water filtration industry.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, production, and engineering processes.
10+ years of experience in senior management roles within the water filtration, water treatment, or related industries.
Degree in Chemical engineering complemented with a degree/diploma in sales or marketing
