Job Summary:

This position is for an energetic, experienced professional who has significant expertise in building partnerships around digital financial services. The individual can conceptualize and articulate business models according to the needs of the partners, and close deals. S/he will take ownership of the building and lead a team of high-powered individuals to drive revenue growth for digital banking.

This is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for acquiring clients on a B2B and B2B2C model, working in different value chains. The individual will build, nurture and grow relationships with business partners to build a robust revenue base for digital banking.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Build, maintain and grow nationwide B2B and B2B2C partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the G2P portfolio from acquiring to relationship management and growth.
  • Actively keep abreast of market opportunities such as tenders, RFQs, RFPs, etc where UBL can serve with digital banking products and services, and file applications against them.
  • Develop and implement the revenue roadmap for digital banking, while maintaining a positive cost-to-income ratio.
  • Build and lead a best-in-industry nationwide team of individuals to grow partnerships and manage key accounts for revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Payments to design the roadmap for products and services that meet the needs of the customers.
  • Be the partner clients' voice within UBL Digital Banking Group, and deepen the strength of relationships with the partners by driving value for them.
  • Develop and maintain positive business cases for customization investment in partnerships.

Experience:

Candidate must have

  • At least 12 years of experience, with a focus on sale and relationship management of financial digital products and services in a B2B/ B2B2C model.
  • Experience of having worked in a FinTech, or in digital financial services.
  • Experience in building and leading high-powered teams of individuals focused on revenue growth and performance.
  • Deeply connected with the financial ecosystem and be able to open doors to discussions with the C layer to pitch products and services.
