About Us (Finclude & Dastak): Finclude is building an inclusive fintech ecosystem.Dastak is an investment and a part of the Finclude ecosystem which is accelerating fintech startups to scale beyond borders.This position is suited for someone with demonstrable experience or passion in demystifying data into actionable insights. The position is critical in the journey of establishing the delivery capability of Dastak as a premium Fintech Advisory and Market Acceleration program.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy, set goals, and figure out how to get to them
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Own the product roadmap collecting the target customer requirements, prioritizations and release management
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Be an expert communicator to bridge gaps between design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and product users.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Collaborate closely with tech, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products, delivering with a quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Measure improvements in user engagement and satisfaction
- Complete A/B testing to validate user journeys
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Candidate Evaluation Criteria /Key Focus Areas:
- Conversant with Product management methodologies in software industry -30%
- Ability to orchestrate multiple use cases as solutions based on the product road map - 40%
- Drive and negotiate product engineering workloads and strategize managing technical debt - 30%
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field along with minimum 2-3 years of work experience in product management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle especially within the fintech domain
- Exposure tackling product backlog using Jira and confluence.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
- Should have solid understanding of product positioning and product customization as per client needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Great written and verbal English
- Great communication skills
- Good attention to detail
