Candidate must have tax advisory experience and strong grip over all tax matters. He would also be responsible for compliance & advisory services covering income tax, sales tax and withholding tax manage the departmental works.
1. Up to date knowledge in matters related to, Income tax, Sales tax,Excise duty and CVT.
2. Preparing and attending the appeals before commissioner and applet tribunal.
3. Efficiently manage the tax audit process initiated by the tax
4. Preparation of filing of returns and statements with the tax
5. Attending the notices received from tax authorities.
6. Assisting in obtaining the tax exemptions and tax refunds.
7. Knowledge of Provincial Laws
8. Preparation and submission of tax advice & opinion on domestic and international matters.
9. Tax planning for international clients.
10. Company incorporations, registrations and memberships, etc
11. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
12. Good knowledge and experience of Trade Mark & Copy Right matters
Good Command on Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Only those candidate should apply who are adjustable with salary range of 20,000 to 25,000
