We're seeking an experienced Senior Export Import Manager to oversee and manage our international trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement export and import strategies to achieve business growth.
- Manage and coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, laws, and customs procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for exports and imports.
- Proven experience in export-import management (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
