PRODUCTION MANAGER

Fineboxing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire garment production process from cutting to dispatch. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing bulk garment orders and ensures optimal production efficiency, timely delivery, and superior product quality. This role involves planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating material requirements, and maintaining rigorous quality checks at each stage of the manufacturing pipeline. The Production Manager leads a dedicated team of 5 personnel, driving productivity and operational excellence within the factory location at Sambrial. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to monitor production processes while managing workforce allocation and cost control measures. The Production Manager plays a critical role in reducing defects and rework by implementing strict quality assurance protocols and reporting daily production outcomes to senior management. They coordinate closely with the purchasing and storage teams to ensure material availability and streamline workflow, ultimately supporting Fineboxing's commitment to delivering high-quality garments on schedule.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed daily and weekly production plans, allocating resources efficiently across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
Forecast material needs precisely and coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to guarantee timely supply and minimize production delays.
Conduct stringent quality inspections at various production stages including Cutting QC, Inline QC, and Final QC to uphold product standards and minimize defects.
Monitor and control production costs by managing budgets and optimizing workforce allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
Lead and supervise a team of 5 production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments to achieve departmental goals.
Generate comprehensive daily reports covering production output, quality metrics, and any operational issues, and present these insights to management for informed decision-making.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout the production facility.
