Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finishing Supervisor to join our men's garments manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee the finishing process to ensure that all garments meet quality standards before reaching the customer. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage the finishing team and coordinate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth production flow and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all garment finishing operations, including thread trimming, pressing, spotting, and packing.
- Ensure that product quality and finishing standards are consistently met.
- Manage the finishing staff and monitor daily production targets to achieve efficiency.
- Conduct thorough final inspections before garments are packed for shipment.
- Coordinate closely with the stitching and quality control departments to resolve any issues.
- Maintain discipline within the finishing team and ensure timely completion of all orders.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in garments manufacturing, preferably with men’s wear such as Kameez Shalwar and Kurta.
- Strong knowledge of garment finishing techniques and quality control processes.
- Excellent supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage manpower effectively and consistently meet daily production targets.

Salary:
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s experience.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role based at the manufacturing unit.
