Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure prompt payments to vendors and timely collections from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile vendor accounts regularly and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
- Accurately process and verify invoices, maintaining detailed financial records and documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems for daily financial operations, with experience in NetSuite considered an advantage.
- Support General Ledger accounting activities and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Finalist or qualified member of ACCA or ICMA.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Practical experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Good knowledge of General Ledger processes and VAT compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
