Salesperson - Outlet

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outlet Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or clothing retail. As a key member of our outlet team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall look and feel of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, providing expert styling advice and product knowledge.
Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store targets.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer transactions efficiently using POS systems.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking.
Support in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
Stay updated on product trends, features, and fashion industry knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in clothing or fashion brands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Preferred:

Experience in outlet or multi-brand store environments.
Familiarity with basic retail software (POS systems, inventory management tools).
