Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to discuss and negotiate debt settlement agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
- Utilize knowledge of final expense insurance products to explain options clearly and help clients make informed decisions.
- Apply effective sales closing techniques to finalize agreements and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all settlements and insurance contracts adhere strictly to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
- Handle client objections and concerns by providing clear, accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of debt settlements and insurance finalizations.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and product offerings related to debt settlement and final expense insurance.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets.
