Fit-out Incharge

DBL Design Build Live is looking for a skilled Fit-Out Incharge to join our team at the Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in architecture and interior design, along with hands-on experience in fit-out execution and site management. This role involves reading and implementing architectural and interior drawings accurately, managing finishing works, coordinating site activities, and leading teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to design specifications. The position is based on-site at 17-A, Business Bay, Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire execution of fit-out projects, ensuring strict adherence to design plans and quality benchmarks.
- Accurately interpret and implement architectural and interior design drawings on-site.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Manage finishing works, including material selection and application, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Lead and supervise site teams by providing clear guidance and resolving any issues during project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to report progress and promptly address challenges.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in fit-out execution and site management.
- Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles.
- Proven ability to read and execute architectural and interior drawings accurately.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing works, materials, and site coordination processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a responsible approach to managing project timelines and quality.
