1. Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via chat.
2. Direct customers to product information resources
3. Learn products in order to provide the most accurate responses to customers.
4. Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
5. Handle the customer's problems and provide resolution as per the SOP.
6. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.
7. Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
8. Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
