Job Purpose:
This position manages overall branch’s operations.
Carries out branch’s operational planning i.e. yearly targets, performance criteria, budget/resource requirements etc.
In coordination with team as per supervisor’s guidelines; Monitors branch’s performance in terms of achievement of targets, provides feedback on certain policies, SOPs for seamless execution of branch’s operations; Identifies and ensures timely rectification of operational gaps; Ensures compliance of operations with defined compliance and control structure.
