Our client, Al Ghurair Group, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator / Transport Supervisor to join their team in Islamabad or Karachi. This role is ideal for a transport professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or shuttle supervision. The position focuses on overseeing daily driver activities, scheduling, route planning, and ensuring smooth shuttle operations without direct team management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, resolving service issues, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate records to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport and shuttle operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and support drivers in their daily tasks without formal team management duties.
- Plan and optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve driver and service-related issues promptly to maintain high service quality.
- Investigate complaints and develop actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage exceptions such as service disruptions, updates, and expedited requests, minimizing operational impact.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze operational data.
- Collaborate with operations teams and management to implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies related to fleet management.
- Train drivers on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor shuttle scheduling and adjust based on demand fluctuations and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with drivers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
- Stay organized under pressure, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
