We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will monitor fleet operations by overseeing live dashcam alerts, GPS tracking, and driver safety events. Your primary focus will be to provide timely support to drivers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and safe fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live fleet dashboards, GPS tracking, vehicle movements, trips, and dashcam alerts.
- Observe driving behavior and respond to incidents such as accidents, speeding, harsh driving, and other safety violations.
- Respond promptly to operational alerts and coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify and report issues related to driver behavior, vehicle activity, device health, GPS connectivity, SIM status, and camera functionality.
- Verify video evidence and escalate incidents according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records including incident reports, customer interactions, operational logs, shift handover notes, and daily reports.
- Analyze driving patterns to identify operational risks or safety trends.
- Collaborate with technical support and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support fleet safety initiatives and contribute to the smooth day-to-day management of fleet operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, call center operations, fleet monitoring, GPS tracking, telematics, logistics, control room operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use monitoring dashboards and operational software.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to work on-site at DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
