Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates seeking to gain hands-on business development experience, particularly in freelancing platforms such as Upwork. The Associate will work closely with our BD team to support various initiatives to expand our client base and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify potential clients on freelancing platforms such as Upwork.
Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and pitches tailored to the requirements of potential clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth bidding process.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Track and report on the success of bids and proposals, identifying areas for improvement.
Support in drafting and refining business development documentation and templates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) with Freelancing platforms and Upwork is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
