- Checking calls and maintaining quality of legitimate leads and live transfers
- Keeping the best quality maintained
- Identify and resolve issues to

- Research required information using available resources
- Create report, forms, and application
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management trends in customer calls
