A leading client in the aviation industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join their elite team. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Flight Preparation & Menu Planning:
Oversee comprehensive cabin preparation to guarantee the aircraft interior is spotless, fully equipped, and meets VIP aviation standards before boarding. Collaborate on bespoke menu planning and arrange premium catering tailored to passenger dietary needs, cultural preferences, and specific flight details. Conduct thorough inventory checks of cabin supplies, including fine dining tableware, linens, luxury amenities, and emergency equipment prior to departure.
In-Flight Service & Cabin Hospitality:
Greet VIP passengers with warm, discreet, and personalized hospitality. Deliver impeccable fine-dining service, including silver service, plating, wine pairing, and customized coffee or tea presentations. Maintain continuous cabin care throughout the flight, ensuring guest comfort, cleanliness, and prompt attention to all passenger requests.
Safety, Emergency & Regulatory Compliance:
Carry out all mandatory pre-flight safety inspections, passenger briefings, and emergency procedures in strict accordance with civil aviation regulations and the company’s Safety Management System (SMS). Remain calm and decisive during emergencies, turbulence, or medical situations, prioritizing passenger safety at all times. Work closely with the Flight Crew to stay informed about flight duration, weather conditions, service timing, and security protocols.
Post-Flight Duties & Administrative Record-Keeping:
Manage post-flight cleaning, restocking, and secure storage of valuable cabin equipment and fine tableware. Report any cabin defects, maintenance issues, or service discrepancies promptly to the flight crew and ground operations team. Accurately reconcile catering invoices, cabin expense receipts, and flight duty logs.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Higher Secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, or a related discipline.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within Corporate or Private Aviation (Business Jets) or premium First/Business Class cabin service.
Safety Certifications:
Valid Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training certification along with medical fitness clearance from Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA).
