KCL - International Flight Support is seeking a dedicated Flight Operations Officer to join their team in Karāchi. This full-time, on-site position plays a crucial role in supporting daily flight operations and trip coordination for a diverse range of clients including airlines, private operators, cargo carriers, and charter operators worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing flight plans, monitoring flight progress, and ensuring all operations comply with regulatory and safety standards. Working closely with various stakeholders, the Flight Operations Officer will help maintain seamless and efficient flight support services.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with airlines, flight crews, ground handlers, and fuel providers to secure overflight and landing permits, ground services, and other operational requirements.
- Manage flight schedules and update operational systems to reflect real-time changes and disruptions.
- Prepare, review, and monitor flight plans to ensure safe and efficient routing.
- Provide timely briefings and operational support to flight crews before and during flights.
- Handle last-minute operational changes and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver reliable, cost-effective flight support services.
- Maintain compliance with international aviation regulations, airport procedures, and safety protocols.
- Support 24/7 operations, including working shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in flight dispatch and flight planning, with the ability to prepare and monitor safe, efficient routes.
- Solid understanding of flight operations and airline or charter activity management.
- Practical experience in flight coordination, scheduling, and documentation handling.
- Knowledge of international aviation regulations, NOTAMs, weather interpretation, and airport procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make time-critical decisions.
- Proficiency in flight operations software and standard office applications.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant aviation or flight operations training or certification. A diploma or degree in aviation management or a related field is advantageous.
