The Floor In-Charge at CLOSET Bridal Dresses is a crucial leadership role responsible for managing daily floor operations, guiding staff, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position demands professionalism, strong leadership, and accountability to maintain the brand’s high standards. The Floor In-Charge oversees staff discipline, coordinates bridal floor activities, supports sales efforts, and ensures effective implementation of management policies. Reporting to the Store Manager and senior management, the role requires a proactive approach to fostering a premium shopping environment and a respectful, efficient team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management & Discipline: Supervise all floor staff during working hours, ensuring punctuality, proper grooming, and professional behavior. Maintain discipline and encourage respectful communication among team members. Address staff concerns professionally and escalate serious issues to management. Prevent unprofessional conduct or disputes in front of clients and ensure compliance with company policies and management directives.

Customer Service & Client Handling: Ensure every client receives attentive, respectful, and professional service. Oversee bridal dress presentations, manage client appointments, and coordinate follow-ups. Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate serious matters when necessary. Safeguard client privacy and uphold CLOSET’s reputation by promoting a positive staff attitude at all times.

Bridal Floor Operations: Maintain the proper display, arrangement, and care of bridal dresses. Monitor trial rooms and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations. Keep the floor clean and organized to provide an exceptional bridal shopping experience.

Sales & Performance Management: Monitor daily sales performance and staff productivity. Support the team in achieving sales targets and converting inquiries into sales. Identify operational challenges affecting sales and report them to management. Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance updates.

Strong Management & Accountability: Implement policies and procedures set by senior management. Take ownership of floor operations and staff performance, making decisions within authorized limits. Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, client data, and staff matters. Promptly report serious complaints, misconduct, stock discrepancies, and operational issues. Apply rules fairly and consistently, avoiding misuse of authority or unauthorized commitments.

Authority & Reporting: Assign daily duties and coordinate staff activities on the floor. Monitor compliance with company policies and report violations. Provide feedback on staff performance and recommend corrective actions. Refer major disciplinary matters and customer disputes to senior management. Ensure clear communication and proper execution of management decisions.

Professional Standards: Exhibit strong leadership, excellent communication, and conflict management skills. Maintain respectful behavior toward staff, clients, and management. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, punctuality, and accountability. Uphold a professional attitude under pressure and a commitment to CLOSET Bridal Dresses’ image and service standards.

Performance Evaluation: Performance will be assessed based on staff discipline, team coordination, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, sales achievement, floor presentation, bridal dress care, policy compliance, leadership quality, and reporting accuracy.

Accountability: Failure to perform duties, repeated negligence, inappropriate conduct, or failure to implement company policies may result in corrective or disciplinary action according to company guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail floor management, preferably within bridal or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
