Floor Incharge

The Retail Floor Incharge plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the retail floor to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This position involves managing store presentation, supervising sales staff, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills to maintain high standards of customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the sales team on the retail floor, ensuring staff are motivated and performing effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance and product presentation.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management and sales strategies.
- Train new and existing staff members to improve their skills and overall performance.
- Manage stock levels, including replenishment and transfers, to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock information and timely product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and staff performance updates to management for review.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales or floor supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
