We are seeking an experienced Floor Incharge to manage and oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate production workers, supervise machine operations, maintain discipline, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage floor activities and address routine production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise machine operators and production workers, allocating resources based on production needs.
- Monitor production progress and output to ensure targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Oversee machine operations, promptly reporting any technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain discipline and enforce proper workplace practices among the production staff.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance and Quality Control teams to support seamless operations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor product quality, identifying and addressing any defects during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards on the production floor.
- Report daily production issues and progress updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience in managing production workers or machine operators.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage floor activities efficiently and resolve routine production issues.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in plastic manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
- Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Monthly pay range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
