We are a premium men's salon based in Karachi, dedicated to providing clients with a five-star grooming experience. We are seeking a confident and well-presented female Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This role requires someone who can ensure every client receives exceptional service and leaves satisfied. As the Floor Manager, you will be the face of the salon, acting as the key liaison between clients and our male grooming staff while maintaining the salon’s premium atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Greet clients warmly, manage appointments efficiently, respond to inquiries, and ensure VIP treatment for every customer.
- Operations: Supervise daily floor activities including staff attendance, hygiene standards, and inventory management of salon products.
- Sales & Upselling: Actively promote grooming packages, memberships, and retail products to boost salon revenue.
- Staff Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between barbers, reception, and management teams.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, manage billing processes, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and uphold the brand’s high standards consistently throughout the salon.
- Complaint Handling: Professionally address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in salon, spa, gym, or customer service management; prior salon experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a presentable personality, strong customer service orientation, and basic computer/POS system knowledge.
- Personality: Confident, polite, and able to professionally manage a male staff team.
- Availability: Willingness to work evenings and weekends. Note that all grooming services in the shaving area will be performed exclusively by male staff.
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 90,000, plus commission on sales and packages.
- Working Hours: 12 PM to 10 PM with one day off per week.

Additional Information:
