Al Masood Pharmacy and Super Mart is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager for its Food Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and grocery retail, demonstrating excellent team leadership and stock management abilities. This role requires hands-on management of daily operations, ensuring effective expiry control, attractive product displays, and driving sales while maintaining high customer service standards. The position is based at the Scheme 33 location and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food Department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient stock management.
- Manage and lead the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor expiry control procedures to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
- Organize and maintain appealing product displays that attract customers and promote sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in food or grocery retail management.
- Proven skills in team leadership and stock control.
- Strong knowledge of expiry management, product displays, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
