Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to lead the floor team for a retail project, ensuring smooth daily store operations. The role involves managing staff on the floor, maintaining discipline, and addressing any issues that arise promptly. This position requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign floor duties and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards.
- Ensure floor discipline and resolve daily customer and staff issues quickly and effectively.
- Lead by example to keep store operations running smoothly throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably in stationery, books, or departmental stores.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage a team effectively.
- Active, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Work Location: In-person at one of the following branches: Sharfabad, Old Dhoraji, Soldier Bazar, Gulshan-e-Maymar, or Shah Faisal. Shifts will rotate based on residential area and branch requirements.

Shift: Standard retail shift.

Salary: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, paid between the 7th and 10th of the following month.

Yearly Bonus: One bonus awarded after completing one full year of continuous service.

Offs and Allowance:
- Two monthly offs are provided.
- If no leave is taken in a month (excluding official holidays), a non-holiday allowance of Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000 is paid with the next month’s salary.
- This allowance is not applicable in December and January.
- No allowance will be paid if the employee leaves before completing two months or before the current month ends.

Peak Seasons (March–April and July–August):
- No leave or official holidays during these months.
- Working hours increase to 13–15 hours per day.
- Full-attendance bonus ranges from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 8,000 in March and July, and Rs. 6,500 to Rs. 12,000 in April and August.
