Floor Supervisor

AMG Technologies is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our ACA and Medicare campaigns. This full-time, on-site role requires availability for night shifts and involves overseeing daily floor operations to ensure agents meet their performance targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of sales processes and call handling within the healthcare insurance sector. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a productive and motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient campaign operations.
- Monitor agent performance by tracking targets and productivity metrics closely.
- Handle escalation calls and provide timely support to agents facing challenges.
- Coach and mentor agents to improve their performance and help achieve campaign goals.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and overall productivity on the floor.
- Coordinate effectively with management to align team efforts with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare campaigns.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with agents and management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and guide a team.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and call handling procedures.
- Target-oriented mindset with a responsible and proactive approach to work.

Compensation and Work Details
The salary for this position ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance. The role is based on-site at the 3rd floor, Avalon Plaza, Mall Road, Saddar Rawalpindi. Candidates should be prepared to work night shifts as required by the campaign.
