Duseca Software is hiring Flutter Backend Developer (1–3 Years of Experience).

Job Description:

Location: Islamabad
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Timings: 12am to 8 am

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS using Dart.
Implement state management using GetX, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and third-party services.
Implement authentication, push notifications, secure storage, and other app functionalities.
Troubleshoot existing projects, resolve technical issues, and maintain application stability and performance.
Optimize app performance, ensure code quality, and follow clean architecture principles.
Conduct testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and project managers to deliver project requirements.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years of professional Flutter development experience.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with hands-on experience in state management.
Experience with API integration, databases, and third-party services.
Understanding of clean architecture, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
Ability to take ownership of existing codebases, understand unfamiliar projects, and independently resolve issues.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
