Flutter Developer

Duseca Software is seeking a skilled Flutter Backend Developer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platforms, with a solid understanding of state management, API integration, and clean architecture principles. This role requires a proactive developer who can work independently on existing projects, troubleshoot issues, optimize app performance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deploy Flutter applications using Dart for Android and iOS platforms.
- Implement state management techniques such as GetX, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod to ensure efficient app performance.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile user interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and other third-party services to enhance app functionality.
- Implement critical app features including authentication, push notifications, and secure storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing projects to maintain application stability and performance.
- Optimize app performance while adhering to clean architecture and coding best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Manage app deployment and releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as GetX, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Experience integrating APIs, working with databases like PostgreSQL, and utilizing third-party services including Firebase and Supabase.
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, debugging techniques, testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
- Ability to take ownership of existing codebases, quickly understand unfamiliar projects, and independently resolve issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
