Flutter Developer

BangoPure Limited is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our fully remote, international team on a full-time basis. We focus on creating innovative digital platforms and mobile applications that emphasize sustainability, traceability, digital transformation, and international trade facilitation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, capable of building high-quality, responsive mobile apps for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and other team members to translate UI/UX designs into functional, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly Flutter interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON responses, and manage asynchronous operations efficiently.
- Implement and maintain state management using Riverpod.
- Develop reusable widgets and maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Integrate Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
- Implement application navigation, local storage, and robust API error-handling mechanisms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
- Debug application issues, resolve UI and functional bugs, and optimize performance across devices.
- Develop, test, and maintain applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, code management, and collaborative workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and ensure application quality and maintainability.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
- Strong ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter UIs.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON responses, and managing asynchronous operations.
- Good understanding of state management using Riverpod.
- Experience building reusable widgets and maintaining clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, navigation, local storage, and API error handling.
- Experience working with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to debug, optimize performance, and resolve UI or functional issues.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote international team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with mobile application testing and debugging tools.
- Understanding of responsive layouts, adaptive UI design, and mobile application performance optimization.
- Experience working with third-party SDKs and external service integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
