Flutter Developer

BangoPure Limited is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our expanding international team on a full-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing high-quality, responsive mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Our projects focus on sustainability, traceability, digital transformation, and facilitating international trade. The ideal developer will have hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, a strong grasp of mobile app development, and the ability to convert UI/UX designs into functional, production-ready applications. Collaboration with backend developers, designers, and other team members is essential to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly Flutter interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON responses, and manage asynchronous operations efficiently.
- Implement and maintain state management using Riverpod.
- Create reusable widgets and maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Integrate Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
- Implement application navigation, local storage, and robust API error-handling mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Debug and resolve UI and functional issues, optimizing performance across various devices.
- Develop, test, and maintain applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, code management, and collaborative workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and ensure application quality and maintainability.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart development.
- Proven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter UIs.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and managing asynchronous tasks.
- Solid understanding of state management using Riverpod.
- Skilled in building reusable widgets and writing clean, scalable, well-structured code.
- Familiarity with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture, navigation, local storage, and API error handling.
- Experience working with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging skills, with the ability to optimize performance and resolve UI or functional bugs.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote, international team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with mobile application testing and debugging tools.
- Understanding of responsive layouts, adaptive UI design, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs and external services.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
