Must have previous experience with any UK based Travel Agency.
Minimum 2+ years AMADEUS / WORLDSPAN experience is required.
Good Understanding of domestic / international airlines and routing system.
Must have great English verbal and written communication skills.
Make flight bookings and serve customers both on phone and E-mail.
Will be dealing with customer flight inquiries and collecting payments.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Must be very Well organized, self-motivated and team player.
