We are looking for a dynamic Creative Designer to be responsible for designing and posting original content on online platforms. The responsibilities include social media designs, content creation, designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for business results through social media design and creative
- Utilize knowledge of design and cultural trends to guide innovative and disruptive social media experiences and translates them to feasible solutions
- Collaborates with peers, design counterparts, and partner groups to ensure design continuity across all areas of focus and alignment to Brand plans.* Manage multiple projects with critical deadlines
- Advocate a Collaborative Culture
- Willingness to be a key contributor with big picture projects as well as day to day tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master of design-related software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Strong oral and written communications skills including meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas/concepts to senior leadership.
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships
- Sound judgment and ability to contribute meaningfully to the determination of methods, policy, and strategy.
- Ability to motivate others, deal with ambiguity, and effectively collaborate in decision-making.
EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum 4 years of Graphic Design.-Experience in or passion for the food industry
