Food Riders

We are seeking full-time, on-site Food Riders based in Sambrial, Pakistan, to support our meal delivery operations. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers while maintaining high standards of service and safety. The position requires physical stamina, local travel, and flexibility to work during peak meal periods, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify meal orders accurately before delivery.
- Deliver orders safely and efficiently, following designated routes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm orders and provide updates.
- Handle cash payments or order confirmations securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide occasional support to restaurant staff as needed.
- Adapt to local travel requirements and work in outdoor environments.
- Participate in shift rotations that include evenings, weekends, and peak meal times.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivery or courier services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to navigate local routes efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness to handle outdoor work and carry orders safely.
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
- Basic handling of cash and order confirmation processes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
