We are looking for a committed Food Sample Reporting Officer to manage the collection, testing, and documentation of food samples. In this role, you will work closely with the laboratory team to ensure samples are handled correctly from collection through testing and reporting. Your main duties will include compiling accurate test results and preparing detailed reports to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect food samples and ensure their prompt delivery to the laboratory.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to oversee and monitor the testing process of food samples.
- Accurately document testing results and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Generate daily and weekly reports for submission to senior management.
- Maintain well-organized records and files, both in manual and digital formats.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or delays encountered during sample collection or testing promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Some experience or familiarity with reporting and record-keeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. The role requires hands-on involvement with sample handling and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
