- Ensure error free execution of Purchase department documentation
- Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Arrange quotations from vendors
- Prepare comparative analysis of quotations and report to management
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers for cash purchases
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of supplies
- Coordinate with purchase departments and suppliers to settle any issues regarding specifications and quality
