The organization is currently seeking a dedicated Foreign Correspondent to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Sialkot. This role focuses on managing communication and coordination with international clients to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all correspondence with international customers under the guidance of the director.
- Maintain organized records of all email communications in individual customer files.
- Act as a liaison between foreign clients and the production department to facilitate order processing and fulfillment.
- Engage with foreign buyers to fully understand their requirements and provide timely support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience performing similar duties in a related role.
- Proficient in email communication tools and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems is essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
