Forex Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Forex Sales Representatives to join our call center team based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in forex sales, client acquisition, and lead conversion within the financial markets sector. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, promoting forex trading services, and building lasting client relationships to drive business growth. Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Promote the company’s forex trading services and clearly explain product features to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients while maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline efficiently, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities using the CRM system.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Forex sales or working within a Forex brokerage call center is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in telesales, lead conversion, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Proficiency in English is required.
