Senior Officer Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning is responsible for the timely and effective Monitoring and Evaluation of the project activities.                                              

  • Develop and implement a more effective system of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for the current projects.
  • Ensure that the project is implemented according to the agreed upon objectives.
  • Design and review data collection and ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.
  • Take lead in conducting research studies, baseline and endline evaluations.                                              
  • Facilitate program teams in developing quality standards for all key program interventions to strengthen the compliance and quality aspects.                                                                            
  • Regularly share monitoring reports with the team members for informed decision making.                       
  • Collect, compile, and present the project beneficiaries with data on a monthly and biannual basis.
  • Prepare required analytical/progress reports on M&E findings.
  • Ensure that staff members are trained and coached in methods for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Ensure that the project team continues to meet monthly to report on on-going progress and provide on-going feedback on various elements of this project.
  • Conduct annual review of the project to track progress and delays.
  • Communicate with the donors under the supervision of Executive Director for project related reports.
