Forward Deployed Engineer

We develop turnkey automation and integration solutions focused on business messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram. These solutions are seamlessly connected to telecom infrastructure and data systems, enabling us to deliver fully managed services to clients worldwide. In this role, you will take ownership of problems—whether internal or client-driven—and build end-to-end solutions. This includes designing automation workflows, integrating databases and APIs, testing thoroughly, deploying the final product, and validating its success. You will leverage AI tools in your development process, collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure robustness, and manage delivery from start to finish. The role requires a hands-on technical approach combined with client interaction when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation workflows and database integrations across multiple messaging platforms.
- Integrate telecom infrastructure and data systems to create comprehensive, turnkey solutions.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, deliver solutions, document processes, and demonstrate impact through measurable results.
- Collaborate with backend teams to transition proofs of concept (POCs) to production, ensuring thorough testing before deployment.
- Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate future development.

Required Qualifications

- Strong command of English with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools not just for drafting but actively building and shipping solutions.
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL, as well as integrating APIs, SDKs, and webhooks independently.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality: ability to take a problem from concept through POC to live deployment without passing it on.
- Self-directed learner who can quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies without extensive guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, business intelligence tools, and light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of WebRTC, voice, telephony systems, and multi-tenant or SaaS delivery models.

Coding skills are not the primary benchmark; the focus is on your ability to build and deliver functional, tested, client-ready solutions. Whether you use AI, no-code tools, or light coding, the key is producing working products that meet client needs.
